Nelson's just like a super friendly guy who's really passionate about these topics that he's teaching. He's really good at distilling these topics down into a very clear explanation of the underlying tools and technologies.
I strongly recommend these courses to everybody who is interested in learning to code, people like Nelson are out there creating learning resources for all of us. So cheers to Nelson.

A little over a year ago I have embarked on a very challenging and interesting journey of changing my 13-year-old career in banking and become a software engineer!
Nelson and Amigoscode community has been one of the most valuable sources of inspiration and support for me.I think it is fundamentally important to keep expanding our knowledge about the world by real physical interactions with others, not just by throwing a bunch of keywords into a search engine on a screen ๐.
The Amigoscode community, with its founding father - Nelson, have boosted my confidence immensely. Huge thanks to Nelson and all the Amigos for your passion, dedication and seemingly bottomless pit of new ideas, advice and support!

Amigoscode crossed my career path when I just wanted to work at Zup and I didn't know how to work with Java or Spring. Nelson delivered through several of his courses and tutorials a fast and efficient way of learning it and I got the job I wanted so much!
So, thank you Nelson and Amigoscode for the outstanding content and for helping so many devs around the world!

Hi, Iโm James, and in 2020 I taught myself to code, at home.
A few months after watching my first Amigoscode video, I am now a fully employed software developer, specialising in web-dev!
I had no experience in IT, and Iโd never even seen a line of code, let alone understood it! I went from working in transport for the last four years, to developing and maintaining code on a daily basis, I genuinely believe the amigoscode community and of course Nelson, are among the most major factors to my success!

Hi there!
I had my first contact with a programming language a year ago, and I quickly became passionate about Java and enrolled myself in a Java programming course. I discovered amigoscode tutorials while trying to understand Streams in java 8. Nelson's friendly approach helped me understand the concept.
I must admit that Amigoscode tutorials were a constant support for me, as a practical guide, during the Java course. In my diploma project I used Spring security, after watching the Amigoscode tutorial available on youtube. In my opinion, it is the most complex, documented and easy to understand tutorial - and also free to watch.
As a fresh graduate, I wanted to thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. Please keep up the good work!

I followed a MOOC about Spring MVC. And I liked it because I was discovering another world of coding. I got used to code low level software. And I found challenging to see something else. Why not becoming again a software engineer, but this time in web development.
So I decided to learn more about Spring Boot. And I found Nelson website. This site is very interesting because it addresses different aspects of web development : back-end, front-end, testing, deployment, and so onโฆ Besides, Nelson presents the good way of coding.

Nelson's courses are straight to the key point. Nelson's teaching is nice and comprehensive, he does not dwell on information for too long like other teachers.
